And hey, we love hearing your thoughts, so don't hold back on the feedback! Now, let's get started and have a blast fixing up your Galaxy A70!

Step 1

- Give your Galaxy A70 a little nap by pressing and holding the power button for a few seconds until it switches off.

Step 2

- To warm up that stubborn glue, grab a heat gun or a trusty hair dryer. Just aim the hot air evenly along the edge of your device and let the magic happen!

Tools Used
  1. Heat gun

Step 3

- Once you've warmed up the edge of your device, grab a suction cup and stick it on the lower part of the back cover. Give it a gentle pull upwards to create a little gap between the back cover and the center frame. While you're at it, slide a sturdy, flat tool into that gap. We suggest using the iFlex or the iPlastix for this part.

Step 4

- To pop off the middle frame, start by removing the SIM card holder—feel free to use the SIM tool or any pointy object you have handy.

- Next up, loosen those screws that are keeping the middle frame snug against the display.

- Now, grab your trusty plectrum and gently work it into the gap between the display and the middle frame.

- Run that tool all the way around the edge of the display to fully free the middle frame. You're doing great!

Step 5

- To keep your repair journey safe and sound, start by disconnecting the battery connector. Just slide a plastic spudger gently under the battery connector and lift it off like a pro!

Step 6

- To detach the flex cable linking the mainboard to the USB board, you'll want to grab a plastic spudger. It's your trusty sidekick for this mission!

- Gently slide the spudger under the two connectors of the flex cable and lift them off with finesse. Once you've done that, set the flex cable aside like a pro!

Step 7

- First, warm up that glued battery from the side of the display using a hot air dryer to make it easier to pop off.

- Next, grab your trusty battery spudger and place it on the bottom edge of the battery. Gently lever it upwards to loosen it up.

- Once the battery is a bit loose, switch to the iPlastix! This nifty tool will help you slide more under the battery to break free that stubborn glue.

- Now, with a spudger in hand, carefully lift the mainboard out of your device. You're doing awesome!

- Give it a good press to make sure it’s snug as a bug.

- Start your phone and open the call app.Enter *#0*# in the number field to open the Samsung test menu.

- For example, test if colours are displayed correctly and the touch is recognised everywhere on the display. You can also test all other functions, such as speakers, vibration motor, etc.

- If everything works as expected, you can lock the device.

Step 24

- Pop that back cover back on and give it a gentle press along the edges to help the adhesive frame do its thing!

- Warm up the edges of the back cover again with some hot air, then place a few books on top to help the glue spread out evenly. Teamwork makes the dream work!
