– Push the battery release switches away from each other.

Step 2

– Take out the battery. It’s as easy as flipping a switch – just give it a gentle pull and you’re good to go!

Step 3

– Gently slide the keyboard forward toward the display to create some space above the trackpad. Keep at it until there’s enough gap to work with. If you need help, you can always schedule a repair.

Step 4

– Take out the four sneaky 1mm Phillips #00 screws hiding under the keys.

Step 5

– Give the keyboard a little tilt from the top, then gently lift it up like you’re opening a secret book.

Step 6

– To put everything back together, just work your way through these steps in reverse. You got this!
