Step 1
– Grab those nifty plastic opening tools and slide one into the edge, then gently wiggle it to pop it open.
– If you find yourself needing a little extra oomph, use your hands to help lift the back off from the front.
Step 2
– Time to track down that 4600mAh Battery – let’s get this repair started
Step 3
– Find those (+) and (-) battery terminals like a pro!
– Use some tweezers to peel off that protective plastic cover.
– Follow the black, white, red, and yellow wires all the way to their exciting connection on the motherboard.

Step 4
Make sure the ribbon stays away from any metal parts! Contact with metal can cause a short circuit, and we definitely don’t want that—safety first!
– Gently tug on the connect ribbon with your fingers to disconnect it. You’ve got this!
Step 5
– Unscrew and remove the (4) screws—you’re on a roll!
Step 6
– Put your device back together by reversing the steps—it’s like retracing your moves in style!
