Step 1

– Meet the BA II Plus Professional calculator, your trusty companion for all things numerical!

Step 2

– Gently slide out the battery cover to get to the goodies inside. If you need a hand, you can always schedule a repair.

Step 3

– Alright, let’s kick things off! Flip that back cover over and gently peel away the small, sticky cushioning material hiding the screws. There are four screws waiting for you. Once they’re exposed, grab your screwdriver and unscrew them like a pro!

Step 4

– Grab a flathead screwdriver and carefully work your way around the hinge, gently prying apart the top and bottom covers. Take it slow and steady – no rush here!

Step 5

– Start by popping off the back cover to expose the foil inside. Once that’s out of the way, unscrew the 4 screws securing the foil, followed by the 4 screws that are keeping the printed circuit board attached to the front cover. And boom, you’re on your way!

Step 6

– Peel off the foil gently. Make sure all screws are loosened and removed before moving on.

Step 7

– Gently separate the front cover from the board. Once that’s done, carefully remove the board and flip it over. You’ll now see the front side, which is covered by a soft black cushion resting on a smooth, shiny mesh. Take your time here—things should go smoothly.

Step 8

– When you flip it over, the keys should just pop right out of the front cover. Easy peasy!

Success!
