How to Replace LG G Watch R Battery Housing – Step-by-Step Guide

Hey there! Ready to give your LG G Watch R a fresh start? This guide will walk you through the steps to remove the battery housing. Let’s get to it and bring that watch back to life!
Step 1
Before you start tinkering, make sure to power off your watch – safety first!
– Flip the watch over and set it on a solid surface, making sure the back case is facing up.
– Grab your T4 Torx Star screwdriver and unscrew the four 4.0 mm Torx screws at the corners of the back case.
Step 2
– Grab your trusty plastic opening tool and gently work it around the edges of the back case. Carefully pry it open from both sides of the watch. Easy does it – no rush!
Step 3
– Time to get started! Take off that back case.
Step 4
– Grab your trusty plastic opening tool and gently disconnect those four connectors perched on top of the motherboard. You’ve got this!
Step 5
– Grab your trusty Phillips #000 screwdriver and remove those three 3.0 mm Phillips screws hanging out on the edges of the motherboard. You got this!
Step 6
– Time to get this motherboard out! Gently grasp the edges and slide it to the right, easing it out of its case. You got this!
Step 8
– You made it! To put everything back together, just follow these steps in reverse. Easy peasy!
