Having trouble getting your flip book to turn on, or is the battery draining way too fast? No worries, we’ve got you covered – replacing the battery is a breeze with this easy step-by-step guide.
Step 1
– Grab your J000 screwdriver and unscrew the 6mm and 8mm screws from the back. Easy does it!
Step 2
– Carefully pop off the back cover of the flip book using a metal spudger. Take your time, a little gentle pressure goes a long way!

– Grab your J000 screwdriver and carefully unscrew those 3mm screws holding the battery to the motherboard. Keep the screws safe—you’ll need them later. If you’re feeling stuck, you can always schedule a repair for a hand with the tough stuff.
Step 4
– The battery is hanging out with the motherboard, so you’ll need to unplug it before moving on.
– Carefully disconnect the battery from the motherboard—use tweezers and a gentle touch.
– Ease the Wifi cables off the edge of the battery without any tug-of-war.
– Lift the battery out, nice and easy.
