Step 1
As you pop those cards back in, remember to line them up just right in the tray. It’s easier than it sounds!
– First things first, unplug your Galaxy A20e from the charger and power it down. Let’s keep it safe!
– Next up, grab a SIM card eject tool, a SIM eject bit, or even a straightened paper clip. Now, gently insert it into the little hole on the SIM tray, which is hanging out on the left side of your phone.
– Give that SIM card eject tool a firm little push into the hole to pop out the SIM card tray. You got this!
– Finally, carefully remove the SIM card tray and you’re on your way!

Step 2
The back cover is securely held on by some snazzy plastic clips.
– Slide an opening pick into the gap between the screen and the back cover, right at the left edge, just beside that handy hole for the SIM-eject tool.
Step 3
– Gently glide that opening pick around the bottom left corner to pop those pesky plastic clips loose.
Step 4
– Gently glide that opening pick along the bottom edge to free the plastic clips. You’ve got this!
Step 5
– Gently glide the opening pick along the right edge all the way to the top right corner to pop those plastic clips free.
