– Keep your opening pick snugly in the seam to stop that pesky adhesive from sticking back together.

– Warm up a trusty iOpener and place it on the left edge of the back cover for a good two minutes. Let that heat work its magic!

– Once the pick is snugly under the edge of the glass, give it a little tilt downwards and slide it in a bit more to completely break free the back cover’s sticky grip.

– Keep that pick tucked under the left edge of the glass so the adhesive doesn’t play mind tricks and reseal.

– Warm things up a bit by applying a heated iOpener to the right edge of the back cover for a cozy two minutes.

– Get ready to rock and roll by applying a suction cup right in the center of the phone’s back on the right edge.
– With all your might, give that suction cup a good tug to create a nifty gap between the back cover and the frame.
– Slide in an opening pick like a master into the gap you just made and get ready to work your magic.

– Gently glide your pick along the right edge of the phone to break free the sticky adhesive holding the back cover in place.
– Keep your pick nestled under the right edge of the glass near the top of the device to stop that pesky adhesive from sticking back down.

– Warm up an iOpener and gently press it against the top edge of the back cover for a cozy two minutes.

Be careful with the glass around the corners of the back cover—it’s a bit of a drama queen and can crack easily. Take it slow and steady during this step to keep your back cover safe and sound.
– Gently shimmy the pick starting at the right side of the device, making your way to the upper right corner.
– Keep on smoothly cutting along the upper edge until you reach the left side to completely detach the adhesive holding the back cover in place.

– Gently lift off the back cover like you’re revealing a surprise! Use those trusty opening picks to carefully cut through any stubborn adhesive.

– Grab your trusty Phillips #00 screwdriver and get ready to tackle those six 4 mm-long screws holding the motherboard bracket in place. Let’s do this!

– Grab your trusty tweezers and carefully lift up the motherboard bracket from the plastic midframe. You’ve got this!

– Carefully lift the motherboard bracket to reveal the orange battery connector. You’ve got this!

– Grab your trusty spudger and gently pry up to disconnect that wireless charging coil connector. You’ve got this!

– Grab a pair of tweezers and delicately lift off the wireless charging coil from your device.
– Take out the wireless charging coil.
– When putting things back together, start by reconnecting the charging coil and battery connectors. Then, fasten the screws on the motherboard bracket to make sure everything lines up perfectly. Finally, press down firmly on the coil pad to stick it in place.
