Duration: 45 minutes
Steps: 6 Steps

Disassembling your Samsung Galaxy S Blaze to tackle a repair is a breeze!

Step 1

– The Samsung Galaxy S Blaze measures 121.9 x 63 x 11.2 mm (4.80 x 2.48 x 0.44 in), making it a compact and handy device. It tips the scales at 127.6 g (4.48 oz), so it’s lightweight enough to carry around all day. The screen boasts a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, giving you clear visuals with about 235 pixels per inch. Released back in March 2012, this phone has been around the block but still holds its charm. If you need help, you can always schedule a repair.

Step 2

– First things first, let’s pop off that back plate like it’s a lid on a soda can!

– Next up, gently take out the battery—it’s like giving your device a little break!

Step 3

– Grab your Phillips 00 screwdriver—your new best friend for this mission.

– Take out the eight visible 4mm screws. (Don’t worry, they’re all the same size!)

– Now, with your trusty blue plastic opening tool, start unclipping the back panel from the top. Easy does it—work your way around and watch those little clips pop!

Step 4

– With the back panel off, you’ve got a great view of the motherboard’s backside.

– Check out the little vibrating motor—it’s the tiny part that makes your phone buzz.

– Here’s the 5 MP camera, ready for its close-up.

Step 5

– Unclip all 4 ribbons to get started.

Step 6

– Here’s a list of all the parts you’ll encounter as you take your device apart. It’s a good idea to keep track of them, just in case you need to put everything back together!

Success!
