Heads up! Make sure all your tools are ready and you’re in a vibe to fix things up stylishly and with ease. Enjoy your fixing session with a smile!
Time to jazz up your skills by replacing the midframe on your Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant, or just whip it out to peek at the inner tech goodies!
Step 1
– Spot the tiny groove on the lower edge of your gadget that separates the back from the front. It’s like the secret entrance to the internals!
– Get ready to show off some muscle! Slide your finger into that groove and gently but firmly pull the back case away from the phone. It’s like opening a treasure chest!
Step 2
– Pop that battery out by nudging the bottom edge upwards and away from the phone—like a magician revealing a trick!
Step 3
– Pop out that SIM card by pressing down and sliding it away from its cozy slot, then gently draw it out towards the phone’s lower edge. Easy peasy!
Step 4
– Unscrew the seven 4.5 mm Phillips #00 screws that are playing hide and seek around the edge of your phone.
Step 5
Heads up! When you pop off the midframe, the power and volume buttons might just leap out. Keep an eye on those sneaky little escape artists!
– Kick things off near the power button and get groovy with a plastic opening tool to pop open those sneaky clips holding the midframe in place.
Step 6
– Gently wiggle that SD card out of its cozy slot.
