Hey there, awesome fixer! Before we dive into the nitty-gritty, make sure you’ve got your workspace ready and those tools handy. Remember, if things get tricky, you can always schedule a repair with us. Let’s make this gadget feel brand new!
Follow these fab steps to jazz up your Galaxy SIII Mini VE with a new volume button. Let’s crank up the fun and get that button clicking again!
Step 1
– Turn your phone around to the back side like you’re about to tell it a secret.
– Up top, you’ll find a little notch. Give it a gentle poke with your finger or an opening tool to pop off the back cover.
Step 2
– Channel your inner tech wizard and gently coax the battery out of its cozy home using either your fingertips or a snazzy opening tool.
Step 3
– Grab your Phillips #000 Screwdriver and let’s get those 10 sneaky 4mm screws out. They’re just chilling there, holding the plastic frame like they own the place!
Step 4
– Grab your opening tool and cheerfully wiggle it to gently unhook the pesky plastic framing from your beloved phone.
Step 5
– Pop off the two electrical connectors at the bottom of the phone with your fingernail or a trusty spudger.
– Grab your spudger and tweezers and gently evict the speaker from its cozy spot at the top of the phone.
– After you’ve liberated the 3 components, the circuit board should easily come loose, hanging on by just one sneaky connection underneath.
– Free the final connection with your spudger and voilà!
Step 6
– Spot the volume button on your device.
– Grab your tweezers, and gently lift the volume button up and away from the phone like you’re lifting a slice of pizza.
