Step 1
– Unscrew those ten little screws right here!
Step 2
– Gently wiggle your fingers to lift the lower case away from the MacBook’s body, right around the vent area.
– Now, go ahead and take off the lower case.
Step 3
To gently coax the connector out of its snug little home, give a light upward pry on both the short sides. Just a friendly reminder: watch those corners! They can be a bit fragile and might decide to break off if you’re not careful.
– Gently nudge the battery connector upwards from its cozy spot on the logic board using the edge of a spudger. You’ve got this!

– Gently nudge the battery cable a little away from its socket on the logic board. This way, it won’t make any surprise connections while you’re getting things done.

– Unscrew those two little screws right there!

Keep that battery label intact, folks! It’s there for a reason.
– Gently lift off the battery warning label from the top case, right between the battery and the optical drive. You’ve got this!

– Grab that handy plastic pull tab and gently coax the battery out of the upper case. It’s like giving your device a little hug!
