Step 1
– Pop off those 2 screws on the CPU/Access panel located at the back of your device. You’ve got this!
Step 2
– Make sure all the screws in the battery compartment are loosened up, then gently lift the access panel like a treasure chest waiting to be opened!
Step 3
– Take a moment to tackle those 8 screws on the back chassis and the 7 screws around the keyboard area. You got this!
Step 4
– Gently lift off the touchpad chassis to completely detach it from your device.
– When you’re ready to pop in that shiny new keyboard, just retrace your steps in reverse order!
