– Grab those trusty plastic opening tools and gently work your magic to lift off the phone’s cover. You’ve got this!

Step 3

That battery is stuck on there like superglue! Just be careful not to mess with the battery or the wires. It’s not that hard, just be gentle.

– First things first, peel away that pesky warning sticker blocking the way to your battery plug and connecting cord. Easy peasy!

– Next up, spot the widest gap on either side of the battery. With a plastic opening tool in hand, gently lift the battery out like you’re bringing a sleepy buddy into the daylight.

– Finally, grab some tweezers and disconnect the battery connecting cord with a light touch. You’re doing awesome!

A magnetic pad is your trusty sidekick for keeping those pesky screws in check.

– Grab your T5 Torx screwdriver and take out the 14 screws holding the internal back plate.

– With those screws out of the way, go ahead and lift off the plate.

– Grab those tweezers and gently disconnect the sub cables from the circuit board and housing. You’re doing great!

– Connect the new sub cables to both the circuit board and the housing. You’ve got this!
