Step 1
– Take your plastic opening tool and gently pop off the gray plastic siding on both sides of the tablet—easy does it!

To get this repair started, you’ll need to remove the two screws on each side of the tablet – they’re holding the back casing in place, so take them out and let’s get this repair underway!
– Grab your trusty Phillips #00 screwdriver and let’s tackle those 4.0 mm screws on the sides of the tablet. You’ve got this!

Watch out when you’re prying at the sides where you took out the screw! The plastic casing is a bit delicate and could snap if you’re not careful.
– Alright, once you’ve unscrewed those 4 little guys, grab your trusty plastic opening tool and gently pop open the device along its side. It’s like opening a treasure chest—just be careful and take your time!
– Now that you’ve got the case loosened, carefully lift it off and set the device down with the screen facing your work surface. Easy does it—you’re doing great!

– Grab your Phillips #00 screwdriver and get to work removing those 4.0 mm screws that are keeping the battery in place. You’ve got this!

– Gently lift the battery out of the device, then slide the cable attached to the motherboard out to the side (not up) to disconnect it.
Step 6
– Once you’ve popped out the battery, grab your trusty Phillips head #00 screwdriver and get ready to tackle those 3.0 mm screws that are keeping the dual speakers snug as a bug. Let’s get those speakers out and make some noise!

– After you’ve tackled those pesky screws, give the speakers a gentle lift to pop them out of the case. You’ve got this!
