DIY Guide to Replace Fairphone 1 Battery Step-by-Step

Step 1

– Gently lift the back cover using your finger to pop it off the smartphone. There’s a handy little groove on the side of the Fairphone just for this!

– Carefully take the back cover off the device.

Step 2

– Remove the battery from your Fairphone by lifting it at the bottom.

Step 3

– Slide that battery back into your device like a pro!

– Double-check that the battery’s three shiny gold contacts are snugly connecting with the three gold springs in your smartphone.

Step 4

– Alright, it’s time to put your device back together! First, slide that back cover back on, making sure those two tabs snap into place lovely-ly.

– Give it a little press, and when you hear that satisfying click, you’ll know it’s home sweet home. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
