Duration: 45 minutes
Steps: 1 Steps

Uh-oh! It looks like a flat sunk bolt with an Allan head got itself into a bit of a jam. The hex key just couldn’t get a grip, and pliers were having a tough time too! This bolt is a chunky one, so drilling it out is going to be a real challenge. If you need help, you can always schedule a repair.

Step 1

– Make a little groove in the screw head.

– Insert your trusty screwdriver into the groove and give it a gentle tap with a hammer, turning it counter-clockwise to loosen that stubborn bolt.

– Now, just unscrew the bolt with your driver and you’re on your way!
