– Grab your trusty T5 Torx screwdriver and unscrew all 4 of the 5.7mm screws from the back of your device. Simple as that!

Be gentle with the ribbon cable at the bottom of the motherboard—no yanking or tearing. Keep it intact while removing the back cover to avoid extra hassle later. If you need help, you can always schedule a repair.
– Grab your trusty plastic opening tool and gently work it along the shorter edges of your device to start things off.
– Once you’ve got a little gap at the top, slide your tool along the top edge to loosen things up. Do the same trick along the bottom edge and the LCD screen will lift away from the back like magic.
