Before you dive into the replacement process, make sure to power down your laptop and clear any leftover juice. Once you’re all set, follow the simple steps below to get things back on track!

Step 1

– Flip that laptop over so the back is facing up! You’ve got this!

– Grab your trusty Phillips #1 screwdriver and get ready to unscrew those eleven pesky 3 mm screws.

– Take your opening tool and gently slide it into the seam, working your way around the back cover like a pro to pop it off.

Step 2

– First things first, let’s give that battery connector a little break from the motherboard. (Yep, the motherboard is that cool group of wires in all sorts of rainbow colors!)

– Grab your trusty Phillips #1 screwdriver and get rid of those two 3 mm screws, one on each side of the battery, keeping it snug as a bug in a rug.

Step 3

– Carefully lift the battery out of its cozy home by pulling it upward from the device.

– Be gentle and take your time to ensure the Motherboard stays happy and unharmed!

Step 4

– Get ready to rock and roll! Install that shiny new battery like a pro, then grab your Phillips #1 screwdriver to bid farewell to those two pesky 3 mm screws.

Step 5

– Grab your trusty Phillips #1 screwdriver and unscrew those three 3 mm screws holding the touchpad in place.

– Gently lift the tab on the cable cord.

– Carefully disconnect the touchpad connector.

Step 6

– Gently coax the left piece of tape to rise using your nimble fingers or a trusty screwdriver.

– Now, it’s time to lift the other piece of tape with finesse.

– Bid farewell to the touchpad as you delicately remove it from its place.
