How to Replace Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Loudspeaker DIY Guide

Duration: 45 minutes
Steps: 17 Steps

Ready to give your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra a little TLC? This guide is here to help you swap out that loudspeaker! We’ll be working with the SM-G998B/DS (international) model, but if you’re rocking a different version, just keep in mind that there’s an extra antenna cable tucked away in the midframe. When you’re putting everything back together, remember to replace those adhesive seals. Your device will still work like a charm, but it might lose some of its water resistance. Don’t forget, you’ll need some replacement adhesive to stick everything back in place. If you need help, you can always schedule a repair!

Step 1

– Get your iOpener ready and gently place it on the back cover. Let it work its magic for a minimum of three minutes to loosen up that sticky adhesive.

– Take an opening pick and confidently insert it into the gap you just made.

– Carefully slide that opening pick to the bottom left corner, making those adhesives wish they were elsewhere.
