Found this gadget lying around and thought, ‘Why not see what’s inside?’ These types of devices are really not meant to be taken apart, but hey, that’s what we’re here for!
Step 1
– Time to ditch that rubber bumper! Gently remove it, and make sure to set it aside for later, just in case you need it again.
Step 2
This happens because the device is designed to be easily replaceable.
– The plastic shell is tightly sealed with ultrasonic welding.
– While I don’t have any photos of the removal process, I gently ran a razor along the seam and then carefully pried it apart using a spudger.

This is a 3.7V, 1.85Wh battery—compact and ready to power up your device. Keep it in good shape and enjoy smooth performance!

– Grab the pointy end of your spudger and carefully slide it under the port, then give it a gentle pry to lift it up.

– Time to take off that PH00 screw! Let’s get it loose and keep moving forward with your repair journey!

– Grab the pointy end of the spudger and gently lift the airflow sensor up like you’re unveiling a surprise.

– Grab the flat end of your spudger and gently pry out the chamber, giving it a little coaxing. Once that’s done, everything should easily come out of the plastic housing—no fuss needed!

– Get a nice close-up shot of that PCB so you can see every little detail. You’ll want a good look at the components before diving into repairs.
Step 10
Check out that heater—it’s literally just a mesh!
– Give the heater a gentle pull, and it should easily pop right out. Nice and smooth!
Step 11
– Grab a spudger and gently pry off the rubber lid of the chamber—easy does it, and you’ll be good to go. If you need help along the way, you can always schedule a repair.

– Gently lift out the squishy foam piece—like giving your device a little spa treatment.
Step 13
The heating element is tucked inside the sleeve, with a little wicking material on the inside to help pull the nicotine liquid toward the heating mesh. Nice and cozy, right?
– Gently nudge the core out with your spudger—just give it a little push and watch it slide right out!
