Step 1
These screens are glued down pretty well, so they can be a bit tricky to remove. Take your time and be patient to make sure you get this step right. No rush, you’ll nail it!
– Gently work the speaker screens loose using a plastic opening tool. If they’re feeling a bit stubborn, try loosening them up first with tweezers or a craft knife. Take your time – these little things can be tricky, but with a little patience, they’ll come off!
Step 2
– Unscrew the two sneaky screws that were hiding under the covers.

– Carefully work your way around the casing, using the spudger to gently pop the screen away from the back. Take your time!
– You’ll hear a satisfying little pop each time you free one of those lock tabs. Keep at it, you’re doing great!

– Gently peel away the plastic that’s snugly wrapped around the battery cable.
Step 5
– Grab the plastic opening tool or just use your fingers, and gently pull on both sides of the plug until it pops free.
Step 6
– You’ve done the hard part—now it’s time to put everything back together! Just follow these steps in reverse and your device will be good as new.
