– Start by gently prying off the tablet’s back cover. To do this, grab a nylon or metal spudger and carefully slide it into the small gap between the screen and rear cover, just near the volume button. Run the tool along the edge to release the internal clasps and loosen the cover. Nice and easy, no rush!

– Grab your trusty Phillips #0 screwdriver and take on those six 3mm screws surrounding the battery dock. A little patience and steady hands will have them out in no time!
Step 3
– Grab a plastic spudger and gently nudge each side of the battery connector out of its motherboard socket. A couple of pushes back and forth should do the trick, so take it slow and steady!
