Step 1
– Grab your trusty plastic opening tool and gently slip it into the gap between the screen and the back cover to start prying things open.
– Carefully slide the tool all around the edges, then lift the screen away from the back cover like a pro.
Step 2
– Gently detach the battery connection using your handy plastic opening tool. You’ve got this!
Step 3
– Before swapping out the motherboard, make sure to detach those press connectors gently with your trusty plastic opening tool.
Step 4
– Loosen and remove the ten 4mm PH000 screws that keep the motherboard snug inside your device.
Step 5
– Gently lift the motherboard out of the device, like you’re unwrapping a delicate gift.
Step 6
– Unscrew the last screw keeping the speaker in place. Almost there!
Step 7
– Gently pop out the speaker using your trusty blue opening tool.
