Step 1
– Gently press down and glide the blue plastic opening tool downward to release the shiny rectangular connector from its cozy spot on the motherboard.
Step 2
– Gently press and slide the blue plastic opening tool downward to free the gold rectangular connector from its socket on the motherboard.
Step 3
– Gently press down and slide the blue plastic opening tool downwards to carefully lift the gold square connector from its socket on the motherboard. It should pop right out with a little nudge!
Step 4
– Carefully use the spudger to nudge the blue wire out of its spot—gentle does it!
Step 5
– Unscrew the two tiny 2 mm #000 Phillips screws holding the metallic charger port cover in place, securing it to both the logic board and the front panel.
Step 6
– Gently pinch the metal cover of the charger port with your tweezers and lift it up with care. You’ve got this!

– Gently slide the flat end of the blue plastic opening tool underneath the black plastic fastener and lift it up carefully.
Step 8
The golden cable is super fragile, so give it a gentle touch!
– Gently grip the golden cable with your tweezers and smoothly slide it to the left to release the end of that shiny cable.

– Unscrew those three 2 mm #000 Phillips screws that are holding the motherboard snugly against the front panel. You’re doing great!
Step 10
– With your hands, gently grip the opposite corners of the motherboard and lift it carefully.
Step 11
– Gently slide the opening tool tip into the tiny gap between the speaker and your device. You’ve got this!
Step 12
– Carefully lift the speaker to detach it from the device. It’s a gentle move—no need for force here.
