Step 1
– Gently insert the plastic removal tool into the corner of your device.
– Carefully glide the plastic removal tool along the edges for a smooth separation.
Step 2
– Pop that cover off—it’s time to get inside!
– Carefully detach the battery to steer clear of any electric surprises. Just give that white plastic (outlined in orange) a gentle lift, and you’re good to go!
Step 3
– Peel off the tape in the top right corner that’s holding the front camera to the motherboard.
– Next, unplug the camera from the motherboard.
– Gently lift out the front camera to reveal a hidden screw that you’ll need to swap out the battery.
Step 4
– Start by unscrewing all the screws that keep the battery snug in the tablet. Check out those red circles for their hiding spots!
– Next, gently lift the left side first, and then disconnect the connection you’ll find in the lower right corner—it’s highlighted with an orange box for your convenience.
– Now, it’s time to fully remove the battery. You’ve got this!
