Step 1
– Flip your device over and get ready for action!
– Pop out the batteries like you’re opening a secret compartment!
Step 2
– Grab your trusty Philips #00 screwdriver and unscrew those sneaky little screws—don’t lose them, they love to hide!
– Gently pop the back off the radio. Go slow, like you’re opening a treasure chest.
Step 3
– Gently lift the battery springs out of their casing—think of it as giving them a little nudge upward.
– Here’s what a battery spring looks like once it’s freed from its spot—ready for the next step!
Step 4
– Time to get that board out of there! Grab your screwdriver and carefully unscrew the main board. Take it slow and steady—no rush here.
Step 5
– Gently lift the main board with one hand, and with your other hand, carefully detach the antenna from its socket. Easy does it!
Step 6
– Grab that red plastic strip and pull it out of the casing with your free hand. Easy does it!
Step 7
A little isopropyl alcohol can be your best buddy when it comes to tackling that stubborn adhesive. It’ll make your job a whole lot easier!
– Carefully detach the board that’s stuck to the speaker using your trusty opening tool. You’re doing great!
