Local repairs (in-shop & on-site)

Most simple repairs are completed same-day. Complex repairs are communicated with time estimates up-front.

Warranty & returns
Repair warranty
For repairs performed by our technicians at our Laurel facility we provide a limited lifetime warranty that covers defective parts and workmanship for the repair we performed.
How warranty claims work:
- Send us a message to open a ticket on our support page or call us with your repair order number.
- Provide photos or deliver the device for inspection, as requested.
- If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge.
Damage caused by subsequent user accidents (drops, liquids) is not covered. If an accident occurs within 30 days we often offer a discounted repair on a case-by-case basis.
Replacement parts returns
Replacement parts may be returned within 30 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. Open a returns request through our support page to start the process.
Return steps:
- Open a return request on our support page with your order number.
- Ship the part back to our Laurel address with tracking and insurance.
- Once inspected, we will issue a refund (less restocking fee if applicable).
Parts that have been installed, show signs of use, or are missing original stickers may be refused or charged a restocking fee.
