Lifetime Warranty & Repair Policy

Repair Warranty Coverage:

All repairs performed by Salvation Repair are covered under a Lifetime Warranty against defects in replacement parts and workmanship. If a part we installed malfunctions or fails due to normal use, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you.

This warranty covers phones, tablets, computers, and gaming consoles repaired at our facility. Each device is tested before and after repair to ensure proper operation. In the rare event of a defective part or improper installation, we will correct the issue promptly.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage after the repair (including drops, cracks, or impact).
  • Water or liquid damage after repair completion.
  • Software issues, operating system bugs, or third-party app conflicts.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized tampering, re-opening the device, or additional repairs by another shop.

Our warranty is designed to protect you against part defects or mistakes during installation — not new accidents or physical damage.

If you believe your repair is covered under warranty, please contact us by email at support@salvationrepair.com or visit our store to have the device evaluated. We’ll inspect the device to confirm eligibility under the lifetime warranty and determine whether the issue is due to part failure or new damage.

Most warranty evaluations are completed within 2–5 business days. We’ll notify you once inspection and resolution are complete.

COVERAGE DETAILS

All replacement parts are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the device under normal use. Repairs are protected from installation-related issues for the same duration. If a problem occurs that meets warranty terms, both part and labor are covered in full.

Devices that show signs of drops, moisture intrusion, or intentional damage will not qualify for warranty coverage.

LIMITATIONS

Warranty coverage applies only to the original customer for the specific repair performed. Any subsequent physical damage or tampering voids coverage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, but any repair completed prior to such change remains protected under the original agreement.
