Most simple repairs are completed same-day in a couple of minutes. Complex repairs are communicated with time estimates up-front.
For repairs performed by our technicians at our Laurel facility we provide a limited lifetime warranty that covers defective parts and workmanship for the repair we performed.
How warranty claims work:
Damage caused by subsequent user accidents (drops, liquids) is not covered. If an accident occurs within 30 days we often offer a discounted repair on a case-by-case basis.
