DIY MacBook Pro 15 RAM Shield Replacement Guide

Heads up, tech whiz! Make sure to keep track of all screws and parts. Wouldn’t want them wandering off when we’re this close to victory!

Just unscrew these little guys, and voila! You’re on your way to RAM town.

Step 1

– Gently push both battery release tabs away from the battery with your fingers, then lift the battery out of the computer like a champ!

Step 2

– Unscrew the trio of snazzy Phillips screws holding the memory door in place. Let’s get this party started!

Step 3

– Hoist the memory door just high enough to snag a good grip on it, then slide it towards you and whisk it away from its snug casing. Easy does it, you’re doing great!
