Before you visit: Back up saved data if possible. Do not force a damaged connector or keep running an overheating console. Tell us about liquid exposure or previous repairs. Never send account passwords in a quote form.

How long does an HDMI repair take?
A typical HDMI port repair takes about an hour. Shop workload, diagnosis, and additional board damage can affect pickup time. We confirm timing when we check in your console.
Do you replace Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 USB-C ports?
Yes. We replace damaged USB-C charging ports on Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 consoles in-house. Tell us your model and, for Switch 2, whether the top or bottom connector is affected. We confirm the fault and price before work begins.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm. You can also request a quote before visiting. Bring your console and describe the symptoms.
Can you fix controller drift?
Yes. We repair stick drift and button or trigger problems on supported Joy-Con, DualSense, and Xbox controllers. Joy-Con drift repair is $39.95 each; other controller prices depend on the fault.
Does no signal always mean the HDMI port is broken?
No. The cable, TV input, connector, settings, or board components can cause no-picture symptoms. If safe to do so, try a known-working cable and another TV input before bringing the console in. Do not force a damaged port.
Are console repairs covered by a warranty?
Eligible repairs have coverage for defects in replacement parts and workmanship under our service warranty. Coverage and exclusions depend on the repair. Accidental or liquid damage is not the same as a covered defect.
Can I mail in my console?
Yes. Use our dedicated mail-in repair store to choose the service and review shipping instructions before sending your console.
