Salvation Repair • Merchandise returns & service policy
Merchandise returns.
Repair support.
This Returns section is for merchandise purchased from our shop—not completed repairs. Our Warranty section generally applies to repair services and the parts installed during those repairs, not merchandise sold separately.
Merchandise purchases
For help returning a separately purchased item, contact our team with your order number or receipt, the item, and the reason for the return. We’ll explain the return options applicable to your purchase.
Buying a part or accessory as merchandise is different from paying us to install a part as part of a repair service. The repair warranty does not automatically extend to separately sold merchandise.
Completed services are non-refundable
Repair services are completed before payment is collected. At the time you pay after the repair, the service has already been performed.
Services, including completed repairs, are non-refundable and not returnable, except where required by law. A completed repair cannot be returned as merchandise.
This does not remove applicable repair-warranty coverage. If you believe an installed part or our workmanship is defective, review the repair warranty and request an evaluation.
Select iPhone LCD screens: a little help toward OLED
On select iPhone models designed to use OLED displays, we offer an inexpensive LCD repair option with a limited, one-time drop benefit and an upgrade opportunity. These incentives help you move toward the OLED screen intended for your model while spreading repair costs over a couple of paychecks. They do not apply to every screen or iPhone model. Ask our team whether your LCD repair qualifies.
30-day limited drop benefit
If an eligible LCD screen breaks from a drop within 30 days of the original repair purchase, we cover half the repair cost. You can use this benefit once: choose a half-price LCD screen repair, or apply a credit equal to half the original LCD repair price toward an OLED upgrade for that phone.
This is a separate, limited incentive—not part of the lifetime defect warranty and not ongoing accidental-damage coverage.
60-day screen upgrade option
For an eligible LCD repair, you may upgrade to OLED within 60 days of the original repair purchase by paying the upgraded repair price difference. This gives you time to spread the cost over a couple of paychecks.
One upgrade is allowed per eligible original purchase. The 60-day upgrade option does not extend the 30-day drop benefit; a screen broken by a drop is subject to the drop-benefit terms.
An example
Suppose you purchase an eligible iPhone 15 LCD repair for $99.95 and break the screen two weeks later. You can put a $49.98 credit toward an OLED upgrade, or choose another LCD repair at half price. If you choose the LCD replacement and break it again, the next break is not covered. This example illustrates the benefit; it is not a price quote for every model or screen option.

Repair evaluations & temporary-screen holding payments
Warranty evaluations are usually completed the same day but may take up to 5 business days if a third party defect is involved (example: a defective screen from Mobile Sentrix – one of our suppliers). We can usually provide a temporary or replacement screen for a refundable (assuming the defect is verified) holding payment in this situation.
A refundable holding payment is separate from payment for a completed repair service. Repair completion depends on diagnosis and parts availability. Please contact us before shipping a device.
