Time to give your MacBook Pro a little foot therapy! Replace those AWOL feet to keep it stable and scratch-free. Let’s get those new feet on there and make it strut like a champ!
Step 1
– Time to get your screwdriver ready! Unscrew those ten little screws that are holding the lower case snugly against the upper case. Let’s get this party started!
Step 2
– With a can-do attitude, grab the lower case with both hands near the vent like a boss to unclip it from the upper case.
– Gently remove the lower case and give it a comfy spot to chill.
Step 4
– Give that foot pad a good scrub with some adhesive remover to wipe away any stubborn glue that’s still hanging around.
Step 5
– Give that foot pad a little love! Grab an alcohol prep pad and gently wipe away any leftover cleaner residue. It’s like a spa day for your device!
Step 6
– Carefully lift a new foot off the plastic backing.
Step 7
– Pop that new foot right into the foot pad like a pro!
– Make sure the alignment nub on the foot is snugly lined up with the little hole hanging out near the edge of the pad.
– Gently lay the foot down while keeping it all nice and aligned.
– Peek inside the lower case to ensure everything is in tip-top shape. If the alignment nub needs a little nudge, grab some tweezers and slide it until it clicks with the hole.

Step 8
– Give that new foot a good firm press with your finger and hold it down for 30 seconds to let the pressure sensitive adhesive do its magic. While you’re at it, support the other side of the cover.
– Rinse and repeat the last six steps for any other broken or damaged feet.
